Radio Amarok is currently in it’s Research and Development phase, and we’re looking for Artists to showcase on the station.

Radio Amarok will be broadcasting live 24/7 - and dedicated to playing the best in free music! So if you have a band and want to get yourselves out there, then please get in  contact!

Please note that we will not accept artists who are not willing to do one or more of the following

• Release their work under a Creative Commons Licence
• Sign a Waiver for Royalty + Dubbing Fees for use on Radio Amarok
• Sign with Magnatune

Ok, so I moved to Reading last Sunday to start a job here… I’m now working with vBulletin as a developer… which is cool.. and uber and stuff, cause it’s the kind of Job I went to University to get into (before I dropped out because of debt!)

However, now it’s the weekend, I’m not at work, and have nothing to do and noone to do it with.

I’m looking for Developers who are experienced in the following fields, and have some time on their hand to possibly work on a new project I’ve had an idea for.

• Jabber/XMPP
• Linux/Windows Cross Compatibility
• Streaming Audio
• SIP/Similar Technologies
• Jack or Similar/Windows Equivalent

The concept is based around an online radio station management system, allowing DJs flawless integration with each other to allow seamless changeovers, multiple DJs etc etc.
