Um, that is not very nice. Where is the repect i hear Ubuntu people preaching?
You have a good point, Jimmy. However, when you’re faced with a server that’s down, you’re losing sales, and you find out that the “tech support” hasn’t actually transferred your ticket to the people who look after the servers… even after 5 hours… you get a little angry.
This one is hilarious. Tech Support especially when they aren’t truly “supporting” you – can be really annoying!
